Our quality walking socks are all made right here in the UK from either British wool or luxury alpaca wool. We stock a varied range of top quality walking socks including our cushioned soles and heels for extra comfort. We also sell our ‘all over’ cushioned short walking socks in a range of natural colours. These short, boot socks are ideal for hiking during the summer months. These 60% wool/40% nylon boot socks have been designed to hug your feet whilst you enjoy the great outdoors, pain free.

 

Quality

Our hugely popular alpaca walking socks offer a touch of luxury. Alpaca wool is naturally hypoallergenic which has additional benefits for hikers and walkers. Alpaca wool is an excellent material for managing heat, and controls temperature so your feet can remain cool during the summer and warm in the winter. As well as being hypoallergenic, alpaca yarn also has antibacterial properties which helps to keep your socks odour free reducing washing frequency, in turn benefitting the environment. Our alpaca socks are made using a 75% alpaca/25% nylon mix. We add the nylon into these socks to ensure a nice grip on your feet, so they will stay up during mile after mile of walking.
